Uncle Frank used to call it that and make this all the time and it has become one of my favorites for venison.
- Venison steaks cut into bite size
- Vidalia onion
- Pickled jalapenos
-layer venison, onions, jalepenos in jar
-pour jalepeno juice to cover
-refrigerate for at least 24 hours
-eat on crackers!

@adamca no, the vinegar from the jalapenos will kill anything. Surprisingly it isnt really that hot either, but the taste is amazing!

@jonathon you need to try making this. I am telling you this is some of the best snacks I have ever had! Everyone that stops by when i have it loves it and starts making it.

@PapaSop I added the cold smoker attachment to my MB40…I stopped using the regular chip tray the same day I installed it and I’ve yet to go back.
