jwhcrs I think you were looking for someone to post a homemade PSS seasoning? If that’s the case I don’t remember one ever being posted here. I did use the search feature and I entered “cup” thinking that if someone did post a recipe like that they might have used cup as a measurement. I found a few but nothing that was PSS. If you’re interested you could try looking through cup and then maybe do teaspoon or tspn or tablespoon?
Jalapeno Beef Sausage
Before I began Making Sausage; My favorite sausage was Kiolbasa Beef Jalapeno Sausage. After buying from grocery I would put them in my WSM Smoker for about 1.5 hrs to put some hickory smoke on them.
Any recipes or suggestions to clone Kiolbasa Beef Jalapeno Sausages would be appreciated.
ewspears I’d really like to try this, I’d use our the jalapeno snack stick seasoning as that has the most actual chunks of jalapenos. The Summer Sausage has it all ground and I don’t the jerky’s particle size would be as good. Definitely adding some cheese when I get to it and Ill probably use beef chuck. I’ll let you know how it turns out when I do it!
