Reason #125 to have cold beers throughout the week. 32# of Habanero BBQ summer sausage and 25# of Willie’s snack sticks. Got into a little Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening mischief. looks good. Funny thing, last Saturday I did 25# of Habanero BBQ summer sausage, and on Sunday did 25# of Willie’s snack sticks… and yes, cold beer as well!!!

Lunkerchaser I am impressed with the Habanero bbq seasoning. I used high temp swiss and cheddar in this batch.

erich52 I agree on the Hab BBQ, it is one of the better seasonings for both summer sausage and snack sticks. It has a hint of heta but the sweetness from the BBQ balances that out well!
