The Feedlot feedlot I love those big casings, they are so simple to use but make such a good product.
What did everyone cook today?

PapaSop Here is a friend of mine who does catering and his flip flop grill. It is just one of six that he has had built, all stainless steel. Quite the set-up, the firebox raises and lowers and it breaks down to fit his trailer.
-
That is serious business

That’s pretty cool. Yep, same idea as the small unit. -
PapaSop It’s nice when you cater businesses that do fabrication welding, they take care of you when you take care of them. Shaun take good care of those grills, pressure washes them after every use.
-
johnsbrewhouse Yes, I need that fabricator. I designed a rack like that to cook a whole hog & be able to flip it over the hot embers every now & then, but never could get anyone to fabricate it for me for a fair price…They look good.

Yet another reverse sear on the camp chef!

Jonathon I don’t see any juices on the plate did you cook that to well done? I’m guessing that’s why you didn’t cut it and give us a picture of the grey interior.

Tex_77 Careful there! No, it was resting here, it was a perfect reverse sear and pink throughout!

I made some Fajitas this weekend using skirt steak marinaded in the Argentinean BBQ Marinade using the Marinade Express vacuum tumbler. Then grilled them off on my PK Original. If you haven’t tried the Argentinean BBQ Marinade you really should it is an awesome marinade.

I cooked up a tri-tip this weekend as well. Reverse seared it on my PK Original.

The fajitas look great Tex_77. I thought that looked like skirts you had pictured on your new grill thread.
-
Tex_77 The combination of that marinade and that grill really presented a great looking product!
