A few pics, as requested. Opened up the smoke house to start cleaning today. Dirt floor - not sure how I’m gonna handle that. Lots of spider webs. Sliding racks look pretty cool. Should hold a lot of jerky. I’m getting excited.

I’m a beekeeper during the day and meat grinder at night. I raise most of my meat for my family pork, chicken and quail. I have been processing meat for a couple of years and always wanna learn new stuff.
You’ve come to the right place. Lots of knowledge on this site. I helped a neighbor who had a honey farm for a couple summers when I was a kid. Interesting stuff. I know there’s a couple other beekeepers on this site as well.
