macsinsac Gorgeous! I’ve got a bunch of especially hot jalapeno peppers ready to harvest for pickling this weekend. My Aji Panco need another week or two. I’m looking forward to those ones the most!
It took me awhile to find my recipe for fermented peppers. Too many homemade cookbooks.
macsinsac I grew Sriracha peppers this year with the intent of fermenting them but they didn’t do too well. The plan was to ferment in a small used whiskey barrel.
Joe Hell cayenne, Cajun, and jalapeno are in this batch.
macsinsac That sounds great. I forgot that I have a bunch of cayenne too! Lately it seems that I can’t get enough heat. Food seems more fun when you work up a sweat! lol
