Snack stick seasoning
Anybody ever use waltons bold jerky seasoning for snack sticks? If so how much to a pound? Thanks
dvd1212 Ive never done it but you might want to use a little more per pound than what is recommended as the seasoning is designed to be made into a whole muscle product and not ground into a sausage. Usage would be .056 of a lb of seasoning to a 1 lb of meat, so maybe try .064 of a lb of seasoning to a lb of meat?

Hey guys I have had great results with using jerky seasoning meant for whole meat to season ground jerky. I use 1.2 times the recommended. This idea is not mine, I have to give credit to Shore Lunch Jerky Seasoning kits. It works !
