knifemaker3 If you aren’t hanging I would just tie it up. The only benefit to using a netting if you don’t hang it would be the old world appearance.
What sized Netting
What sized netting would be recommended for pork loins when hanging and making back bacon?
Thinking of getting some for hanging while smoking.

Need to slice the bacon and jowls I smoked today. Overnight im fridge to mellow then slice and package tomorrow.
Still have 2 loins in freezer and 2 hams to cure and smoke. Not to mention all the deer meat needing pit into some kind of sausage.
Too much meet and too little time!
