Joe Hell I have a few beef tongues in my freezer. Last year I pickled a few and smoked a few. They are fantastic pieces of meat!
Dried Beef Jerky
We’ve always made dried venison but running short on venison so I took a flier on making some dried beef for the first time ever! After some quality time in the PK100 to get that cherry color it’s been hanging for a day so I sliced some up today and not bad for a first run, couple tweeks and we’ll have it down! #teamorange
