Njlungbuster Personally I freeze first but another option is Foam Trays if you didnt want to do that. Place the brats on the foam tray then the tray in a vac bag and seal it. More expensive but it is another option.
Anybody use apple cider vinegar instead of regular vinegar in making chorizo.
Doob46 I’ve only ever used 50 grain which is basic regular vinegar. Seems like it is not uncommon though so I’d say you should be okay to test it out!
