Habanero high temp cheese question
Would you say that the Habanero hi temp cheese is really hot? I’m gonna be making the last half of my willies snacks sticks and wanted to add some hi temp cheese, but I don’t want them too hot.
Figured this would be a good inaugural run for the new PK100.
lkrfletcher So I assume you mean the Ghost Pepper cheese? In my opinion yes, it is pretty hot, if you dislike heat I would either go with something else or add a smaller amount than normal. Now, it is really really good and I sue it all the time but it absolutely does add some spiciness to the sausage.

I’ll second that the ghost pepper cheese is both very tasty and quite hot. I put a pound in the last batch of Summer sausage. I love the stuff, but I wouldn’t even begin to think about giving any to someone who doesn’t like something good and hot. It has quite a kick!
