As a side note with that cheese in there the sodium erthorbate will help keep the color really nice around the cheese as well. Sometimes the meat around the cheese will discolor but erthorbate fixes that! Keep up the great satisfing work!
Polish sausage seasoning
I have a lot of pork butts in the freezer because of cancelled party’s and I want to make some fresh sausage as well as smoked. Has anyone tried the Polish sausage mix as a fresh sausage? Thanks
