21cedar Right now there isn’t any way to know. If you want to send me some requests I will let you know. It might not be a bad idea for me to go through all of them and list out on the website if the particle size is Small, Medium or Large. For now though just send me shakers you have questions on.
Snack sticks

Just got a new dehydrator and I was thinking of making snack sticks in it any suggestions on whether it’ll work thought I would just make them the same way I would make sticks for my smoker but lay them on the trays in the dehydrator

jim blais i would say thats a no, typically your not looking to dehydrate snack sticks. Yes they are semi dry but not dehydrated. I also doubt your dehydrator reachs 160° which will make it very tough to finish. Might as well just do them in the oven if these are your only options. Or stick with your smoker

Or even if you do have a smoker and just want to amp up the smoke flavor!
