johnsbrewhouse Nope, they have pretty good support, I probably didnt escalate it to the level it needed to be or something, this would only be the second time that I remember that I had to open a ticket for the site being down. I am NOT coutning the 403 or 504 errors we used to get when sending emails out daily!
