HerbcoFood I’m not sure, I buy Armour brand. Do you know what the differences between brands would be. Any suggestions?
Buy a pig and render the lard… I am joking!! I can’t wait for the chef approved recipe
with a birthday coming next month dose anyone have a good seafood boil recipe ?
craigrice here is what we do at our family campout.
1- bring 1 gal of water to a boil with salt and seasoning
2-add taters and boil 10 min
3 -add onion and sausage, bring back to boil for 5 min
4- add corn and shrimp, bring back to a boil for 5 min
then we just cover picnic tables with throw away covers and dump the pots onto them. When we do it we use turkey deep fryers, usually have 4 going at the same time, so extra people are nice to have around to help with the timing.
that sounds good I think that I will add crab, legs muscles and clams and maybe some captians bay
kyle I’m into it!
@cragirice Make scampi with butter, butter garlic rub, shrimp, bacon, fake crab meat in a cast iron skillet on the side of the camp chef, I love it and it is super simple to make!
