PapaSop How does it all taste after vacuum sealing, freezing, and then thawing later? Does the texture suffer? I have a chamber vacuum sealer and a food saver I could use.
when i vacuum tumble my jerky how long do i leave it in the waltons bold jerky seasoning before i smoke dry it

JIM BBQ you can go immediately to smoker after vacuum tumbling, or you can hold it for a bit if you like.
