I think that’s how i’m going to go. I will increase seasoning to 5.3 oz and use citric acid as its stated I see to give it more of a desired taste. I’ll post the next time I make more that shouldn’t be to long.

Wondering what the sodium content is in the reg and hot Italian Sausage mix and the low sodium, need to make sure I meet the dietary needs of a friend.
KnucklHed BBQ The reduced salt mild and hot italian brat seasonings are 25% less than the regular version. The originals will have about 64 grams of salt per 25 lb batch of meat, so the reduced will have about 48 grams. I hope this helped!
