I do this with my grinder to get the last little bit of meat out, I’ve seen it work with the stuffer also but you need to use 4 slices of bread.

Just made the Jalapeno Summer Sausage and Boudin this past weekend and both turned out great. I used jalapeno flakes and the Hi Temp hot pepper cheese for the summer sausage and Walton’s Boudin seasoning.
