1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Salt
2 TBL Worcestershire Sauce
Put a little of your rub in as well

Chef I tried a maple seasoning and brown sugar prior to curing the bacon in the smokehouse. Turned out ok but it’s very hard to cook without the sugars burning in the pan. I’m going to hard your oven idea to see if that works better. Thx Chef!
Definitely, lots of veggies coming out of the garden. Agree, maybe seasonings, vacuum sealer, dehydrator, knives, storage, etc. to assist with the harvesting.
