What have been hearing from the people that purchased them? The good, the bad and the ugly.

I can’t find any real reviews on that brand. That is one that I was looking at. I hope someone on here has had experience with this brand.

Howdy all I am looking at buying a sausage stuffer. I am looking at this brand “ProProcessor”. I don’t know much on that brand. I am sure there is better but I can’t swing the price.
Any thoughts would be great. It maybe overkill for me now but I plan to do semi high production at some point in time. Thank you all

I’ll try it because I tried resizing the pics and still didn’t work. I just wanted to post pics. I was pretty proud of my first batch. They turned out amazing.

I have tons of meat to do. 50 already to go. The video confused me. It showed the recipe for 10 lbs of meat to one full bag of seasoning. The bags says 25lbs of meat.

    • Newbie help please

Hello everyone and thank you for your help. I am going to me making snack sticks today for the first time. I watched the Walton video and it said to add 10lbs of pork butt untrimmed, one bag of seasoning, pink cure, and citric acid. On the bag it says it is for 25lbs of meat. So I am just trying to figure out what weight it is? Please help I just don’t want to botch a batch.
