Fry the liver in a pan slice 1/4 inch thick dip in flour and just fry it with onions and bacon

I am a rookie at most of this meat stuff but like to stay busy since I retired so am experimenting with all kinds of stuff love smoking brisket and pork butts have done a few turkeys

I guess. I missed this part when I got here I am from Brewerton NY I like to smoke a little of everything on my camp chef smoker I make a lot of Jerky do quite a few briskets and pork Butts

The only thing I did do different was to use one pound of ground pork and four pounds of ground venison no casings and just used the jerky tube that comes with the jerky think I made jerky the same way just laid it out flat on the rack
